Beautiful, genuine fossil tooth of Afrovenator abakensis – a meat-eating dinosaur from the Middle Jurassic, found in Niger, Africa. The name Afrovenator means “African Hunter,” and this species was a swift terrestrial predator that lived about 167–157 million years ago.

Typical of megalosaurs, Afrovenator had a strong, box-shaped skull filled with sharp teeth designed for hunting. It measured about 6–7 meters (20–23 feet) in length and weighed around 0.9 tons.

This tooth is 2,2 cm long, sharp, completely natural and unrestored, with excellent preservation and surface detail — a rare and authentic piece for any fossil collection.
