Trilobox Project.
From 2016 onward, I worked with the Slemmestad library, cement museum, and geology center as a fossil preparator, artist, and educator. I contributed to the Fossiler project — preparing, presenting, and educating about fossils — supported by Sparebankstiftelsen DNB, Røyken Municipality, and the Natural History Museum in Oslo.
My work included preparing trilobites and belemnites for exhibition, creating a bronze tactile fossil plaque for the center’s entrance, and participating in a documentary film titled Maximo’s Method. I also assisted in establishing a fossil preparation workshop and advised on fossil acquisitions, especially from Morocco.
Through my efforts, I helped make fossils accessible and engaging for the public, school groups, amateur geologists, and children, sparking curiosity and appreciation for geology and natural history.
