Small but very well-shaped trilobite fossil of Asaphus expansus from the Lower Ordovician of Slemmestad, Norway. Measuring approximately 3,5 cm, this specimen is nicely prepared and preserved in classic black jet colour over grey bluish limestone, highlighting the natural contrast and fine anatomical details.

A genuine European Ordovician trilobite with strong aesthetic appeal and excellent preservation. An ideal fossil for collectors, educational use, or as a refined decorative display. Slemmestad trilobites are well known for their historical importance and quality preservation.
